Thanks to the partnership between Colonne di San Lorenzo Pharmacy in Milan and Vox Me Health Assistant, it’s now incredibly easy to book your appointment for the various services offered by our pharmacy—and with the same system, you can also order medications, even with a prescription!
HOW TO USE THE BOOKING SYSTEM:
1. Add the number +39 339 995 8487 to your smartphone contacts.
Send a “Hello” message on WhatsApp to the number you just saved and proceed with the registration. You’ll need to enter your first name, last name, a valid email address, and your tax code, which is required for booking paid services and ordering medications without having to provide your health card each time.
3. Type “Menu” to see all available options and make your choice, or simply write directly in the chat what you need.
4. Follow the instructions provided in the chat and with just a few clicks, book your service or medication!
